Julie-Ann has been in the health industry for over 30 years. She is bringing health awareness to people one individual at a time. For the last 18 plus years, Julie has looked after Gympie & surrounding districts and has been kept busy with assisting people with   

Spinal Flow Technique ™ & Remedial Massage, Yoga & Asanas, Transformational Counselling, (specialising in grief and lifestyle issues).

 A healthy diet also plays a big part and Julie can assist with this issue too. Each individual is unique and the assistance she offers has set individuals up for positive progress in their lives.

  Spinal Flow coupled with transformational 1:1 talks encourage sustained personal growth.

 Working with individuals & animals from all walks of life, Adults, Teenagers and the Elderly over the years has given Julie an appreciation of our very diverse community.

Your nervous system plays a role in every aspect of our lives, our health and well being. Thus, guiding everyday activities like waking up. Our automatic side refers to breathing.  

On the complex side, thinking, reading, feeling, emotions and even remembering.

The nervous system is vital because this is how Life energy/Essence travels through the body.

Your brain and spinal cord are one organ.  

When communication from the brain is blocked in one of the 7 gateways in the spine, stressors impact the nervous system, which make Your body more vulnerable to disease.

When stress is released and the correct messages from the brain can reach the entire body, healing occurs effortlessly.


Like a hose, put your foot on it and no water.  Take your foot of the hose so the water flows.
